Over the course of a 30-year career, I have worked directly with more than 200 physicians and APPs across a wide range of specialties — including cardiology, family practice, general surgery, infectious disease and infusion, internal medicine, neurology, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, pediatrics, and pulmonology — in both independent and health system–owned settings.
My experience spans senior executive and C-suite leadership across organizations of every size and complexity, from startup practices finding their footing to large integrated physician enterprises managing hundreds of employees and tens of millions in revenue. I have grown practices, turned around underperforming organizations, and launched new service lines. I have also led organizations through the highly competitive Certificate of Need process, securing regulatory approval for new ambulatory surgery centers that expanded capacity and access to patient care. Through it all, my focus has been on building the operational infrastructure that allows physicians to focus on patients instead of problems.
